There is a visualisation I do with Sophro Balance that is wonderful for your confidence and inspires the beginning of a change or transformation in your life! Very enjoyable, it is introduced in the 2nd Level of the Sophro wellbeing program of steps that can heighten your personal experience and begin to reveal a little more about what you are searching or wishing for!
The Sun and Big Crystal is one of my favourite visualisations because it is about stepping into a space and time that could be the regeneration and rejuvenation of your deepest desires! A place where you can be free to explore how it feels to live the life you really want, experience your true fantasy and have the confidence to take steps towards making it a reality.
Self-confidence is the driving force in our ability to change, it gives us the self-belief to lead a more satisfying life, not overthinking about how it should be. It is our perception that needs to change and we do that in Sophrology through intention and intentionality, we become more able to manage our personal journey to lead a happier more fulfilling life.
