Make Sure your Wheels Stay On…

There are times when it’s difficult to find balance in life’s daily challenges, but what if you could include something easily into your day that would enable you to worry less, help you face life’s demands without the stress or anxiety, and begin to trust in the simple creative flow of life?

It is possible for everyone to experience joy in life, as we tend to focus on the negatives rather than the positives, but by having a positive outlook you can make many good things happen so you can have amazing life experiences! Sophrology has a long history in the health and wellbeing industry and has been around since the 1960’s when it was used to help those suffering from PTSD, and more recently as a mindfulness tool for sportsmen and women preparing for major sporting events and for those in preparation for exams or interview practice so they produce their best and that same process can help you over come obstacles in your life too.

Sophro Balance has the capacity to reintroduce a sense of balance that will ‘ensure your wheels stay on’ so you can move forward, even though you may not really know how to take that step closer towards your goals, you probably realise that without doing something you may continue to experience doubts or fears about moving forward. When we feel overwhelmed it’s difficult to see a way out, but the wonderful thing about this type of mindful practice is that, through a series of simple guided breathing, movement & visualisation techniques, you can completely transform your mindset and bring happiness back to your life….with ease!

Training as a Sophrology Practitioner with the ISF back in 2021, I had no idea what to expect at the start of my journey but I wanted to invest time in something that would provide a structured mindfulness practice, for myself, but also to share that knowledge for the benefit of other people who may feel they need the same. I did not expect this was going to be a more insightful experience that I could ever have imagined or hoped for.

What I learnt is you begin to notice changes very gradually at first, little bursts of positivity that enhance your day, you begin to understand what living in the present really means, you appreciate what positive energy is all about and you begin to feel your way through life more intuitively. You grow more confident in making life decisions, feel more in control of your future and live life with more ease! You can be a happier more balanced version of YOU…and that’s ultimately what we all really want, so take that leap of faith and get back on your bike…
