Focusing on your inner awareness has the potential to replace negativity with positive energies that can empower you so you feel more confident every day.
Second Step – Think Harmony for Wellbeing
Sophro Dynamic Relaxation is a method of simple guided exercises that can achieve a deeper level of relaxation by revealing layer upon layer of long held tensions and incorporating a regular practice can release, refocus, restore harmony to your wellbeing. Fifth Step – Transformation to the Next Level
In the last step to achieving total SDR we follow a holistic process spread over 4 Levels but our practice in Level 1 The Body, is a process spread over 8 sessions that can provide you with everything you need to start your journey, from learning how to enjoy a simple Sophro practice, to improving your outlook and perception of life!
We know we are going to face some uncertainty in the future so being armed with the tools we need now will enable us to face those issues head on and bounce back more quickly from the difficulties that arise so start to ‘Believe in your Future’ now and you’ll be on your way there!
