We can see, hear, touch, taste and feel our way to a happier life but can we really manifest what we want from it? This is the question I ask myself and if that were possible how would that play out…?
The way to do this is to pair a visualisation practice with a brief meditation or mindfulness practice every day that can help transform your belief that the future image is becoming real and it will help you find ways to get the life you really want. By including a regular practice you can build connections between the neurons in the brain that encourages change to happen.

A relaxation technique used by the wellbeing industry as a relaxation tool to combat stress and anxiety, and a number of other conditions. This method has had very good results in the medical world and is used as an aid for those suffering with conditions such as anxiety and depression amongst other things.
It uses repetition with visualisations as a guided practice that can induce a state of relaxation based on the passive concentration of bodily perceptions of heaviness and warmth of the limbs. It is a skill for life and commonly used alongside CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), but equally helpful on it’s own as a ‘self-care’ tool for use anywhere, anytime!
It is possible to visualise our future selves and manifest a life that enables us to experience freedom so we can feel amazing and the way to go about doing this is to stay consistant in your practice, then we can easily achieve our deepest dreams or desires!
