Fatigue is a common issue that can severely impact your life, affecting various aspects, from your health & wellbeing to workplace positivity. 

Statistics show that a substantial portion of the population experiences fatigue. For instance, in the UK, we report feeling tired all the time, and 207,000 working days are lost annually due to insufficient sleep alone.

Women tend to report feeling tired more frequently than men, particularly those with menopause fatigue, which causes persistent tiredness and low energy, typically brought on by hormones fluctuating due to the decline of oestrogen.

Symptoms can cause:
  • Low motivation
  • Lack of concentration
  • Inability to  make decisions
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Memory short-term loss

Lifestyle factors such as increased responsibilities, stress, and lack of physical activities can all contribute to fatigue.  Sleep disturbances include hot flashes and night sweats, as well as other sleep-disrupting symptoms, which can all lead to daytime fatigue.

Regular Exercise:  Physical activity can improve mood and energy levels. and enhance sleep.

Good Sleep Regime:  Establish a regular sleep pattern, create a relaxing bedtime routine, and ensure a cool, dark sleep environment can help improve sleep quality.

Healthy Diet:  Eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated and avoiding large meals at bedtime will also help with many symptoms of menopause.
