Reflecting on this incredible hot summer, how do you find a way to remotivate yourself when the prospect of winter is looming…

With seasons becoming more intense, the weather systems more extreme, it is not surprising that our changing moods are going to be more prevalent every year that passes. Knowing this impacts our health, mentally & physically, our state of mind may suffer due to fewer daylight hours, darker nights, and low temperatures, which can have serious effects on our health and wellbeing,

When your feelings interfere with your everyday life, then this may be a sign of depression, or it may be something else called Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).  If you find your mood or energy levels dropping at this time of year, particularly when it’s colder or darker, or wintry, you may be experiencing symptoms such as the following:

It’s about recognising there are issues and addressing them in a natural way that wins the race.  There are many reasons why we become ill or struggle to cope with problems in life, so why not give yourself half a chance to overcome adversity by using some simple techniques that are easy to do, it might just save your life!
