Relax, lie down amongst the daisies, look up at the sky, and notice the grass beneath you, the feeling of freedom from opening up your chest to the world, take a deep breath in and picture yourself in this field full of dreams. A fantastic visualisation which is good for the body, mind & soul!

When do you really stop to unwind, take a break or slow down so you can savour the day in all its glory. How often do you stop to smell the roses, the grass, the rain…only after a heat wave maybe or take a moment to be present, and love just being….it isn’t enough to say it, you must also do it.

Whether your tonic is to relax in a hot bath, take a leisurely stroll in the park, go for a run or do something that makes you feel amazing, from a Spa Day with your mum to a massage for complete physical relaxation or a day out with the family to get away from the strains of daily life, it matters!

Take the time to lie on the grass with the daisies around you and listen to the birds, take 10mins out and love the life you have.

In Sophrology, I use a fantastic visualisation for change & transformation that leads you to a beautiful waterfall, allows you to release old thoughts, bad habits or negative thinking into the flowing water, washing them away into the river which can free you to be yourself or find change if that’s what you really need. It is then followed by a short walk to a field where you can lie in the sun and let the suns rays dry your skin, purifying you from the things that no longer serve you, enabling you to transform your life and accept those changes for the good.

Being open to the things that you have not heard or thought about doing before as this is the first step to acceptance and that is what Sophrology does for me and can do for you too. There is no doubt that it can have positive effects on your wellbeing, your body & mind, enable you to grow by providing you with the confidence you need to lead your best life! So what’s stopping you…?

…it can be truly life enhancing, if you let it!
