This practice will release tension, refocus the mind and restore harmony by bringing together a sense of happiness that enables you to experience Dynamic Relaxation. A mix of Buddhism, Yoga & Zen, where Eastern wisdom, meets Western science, that combined, can bring about a renewed sense of ‘Aliveness‘.

We delve into the way we process our thoughts and how they can be transformed to produce feelings of positivity – we learn how to overcome fear, stress, or anxiety, by becoming more confident and feeling more energised in life.
